CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

Any request for cancellation or modification must be sent in writing, by email, or postal mail, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.

You will be responsible for paying the cancellation or modification charges shown below:

  • If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the check-in date, a penalty of 50% of the rental amount will be applied.
  • If you cancel more than 2 weeks before the check-in date, a penalty of 100% of the rental amount will be applied.
  • If you cancel more than 1 day before the check-in date, a penalty of 100% of the rental amount will be applied.
  • In the case of a no-show, the tourist will lose 100% of the total rental amount.

There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the vacation before the end of their stay.

COMPANY CHANGES

In the event that the accommodation cannot be occupied due to unforeseen reasons not attributable to the company, the company has the right to replace the original accommodation with another of the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

DATA PROTECTION (Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13)

In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on Personal Data Protection (“LOPD”), we inform you that, through the completion of forms, your personal data will be incorporated and kept in the company’s files, with the purpose of being able to offer and provide our services. Additionally, we inform you of the possibility to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition regarding your personal data, with the company being responsible for the file.

General Conditions Valid Only for Reservations Made via WhatsApp, Email, or In Person Directly with the Owner

Any reservation made through booking portals such as BOOKING.COM or AIRBNB will be subject directly to the general and cancellation conditions of the platform.
